Soursop is also known as graviola, custard apple, guanabana and Brazilian pawpaw. It is the fruit of the plant, Annona muricata.

This fruit has strong flavours between strawberries and pineapple.

Soursop can be eaten raw. It can also be added to smoothies or made into teas, juices and ice cream.

Benefits of soursop (fruits & other parts of the plant ) include the following:
