Event Order Conditions
(Please read carefully before placing an order)
1.
Advance Booking & Payment Timeline
All event bookings must be made at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date.
- 70% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- The outstanding balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event
- Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
This timeline allows us to secure fresh raw materials, packaging, and proper preparation.

What Qualifies as a Booked Event Order
- Bulk Orders start from 50 bottles and above
- Any order below 50 bottles is treated as a retail order.
3.
Pricing & Discount Structure
- Orders Between 50 and 100 bottles will attract a 6% discount - (Suitable for small gatherings or personal bulk requests)
- Orders of 100 bottles and above - (Attracts a 10% event discount on drinks)
4.
No Last-Minute Orders
We do not accept last-minute event orders. All bookings must follow the minimum 2-week advance notice policy.
5.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations and changes are only accepted up to 7 days (1 week) before the event
- Cancellations and changes made after this period are non-refundable
This policy is in place because preparation begins immediately once booking is confirmed including sourcing raw ingredients and packaging materials.
- Minor adjustments must be communicated early and are subject to availability.
6.
Service, Delivery & Pickup Policy
Please note that drink cost is separate from service or logistics charges. These are the available options:
Pickup Option
This option is suitable for clients who prefer to handle logistics themselves.
- Drinks are prepared, packaged, and made ready for pickup
- Client picks up from our designated location at the scheduled time
- No delivery fee
- No service charge
Once drinks are picked up, storage and handling become the client’s responsibility.
Delivery-Only Option
This option is for clients who want their drinks delivered but do not require on-site service.
- Drinks are delivered to the event location
- Delivery is scheduled for an agreed time
- Delivery fee applies, depending on location
- No on-site service is provided
Drink cost and delivery fee are charged separately.
On-Site Service Option
This option is for events that require our team to be present at the venue.
- Drinks are delivered to the event location
- Our team stays on-site to serve or manage drink distribution
- May include simple serving, coordination, or special setup
Service Charge Notice
- Service charge is not fixed
- Cost depends on the nature of service requested
Service charges are calculated based on:
- Type of service (simple serving or extended service)
- Setup requirements (basic or special setups, lighting, décor)
- Duration of service
- Number of service personnel required
Service charges are separate from drink cost and delivery fee and will be communicated clearly during booking confirmation.
7.
Packaging & Storage Responsibility
Once drinks are delivered or picked up:
- Proper storage becomes the client’s responsibility
- We are not liable for spoilage caused by heat, delay, or improper handling
How to Book an Event
To place an event order:
- Click the “Book Event” button
- Fill in your event details (date, location, quantity)
- Our team will contact you to confirm availability
