Depression is a fast and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act which is widely major death cases nowadays.
Everyone gets depressed at one point or the other in varying degrees.
I remember growing up very depressed as a result of low self esteem and several other things. Thanks to different measures that helped me got back to myself.
