Juices offer us essential concentration of nutrients in the best proportion to nourish and synergise our body. Before extracting juice, remove the skin of oranges and grape fruit, as they contain toxic substance. We must remove apple seed as they also contain cyanide (acid) :carrot leaves are also believed to contain toxins.
Before extracting juice, wash the product well, remove damaged or unwanted portions. If you are fasting, always break the fast with a glass of fresh raw vegetable and fruit juice.

Juices of green and yellow vegetable, such as spinach, carrot, yellow pumpkins, contains Vitamin A riboflavin (vitamin B2) and Iron. Citrus fruits, tomato, and raw cabbage, provide ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and Iron, if taken in form of juice or eaten raw . Tender leaf and stem of vegetables contain alkalis. Fresh fruit and vegetable juice cleanse and rejuvenate the human body. Research shows that people living on natural foods, like raw fruits and vegetables, thrive best without an ailment in the body.
