As much as we always make resolutions at the beginning of the year, there is an aspect of your life you must not forget.
It is your HEALTH LIFE.

Probably you think all you could do is eat and eat and eat till the end of the year. Many might definitely overeat during this New Year jamboree. Overeating leads to various diseases. There are various effects of overeating. Some of which are :

1) Weight gain and obesity
2) Overeating causes emotional distress as
excessive attachment to food items prevents
emotional contentment or fulfilment after every
meal.
3) If you start eating a lot of high calorie, high fat
junk, it leads to other health disorders and
ailments and causes serious damage to the
digestive system.
4) Some foods items cause problems of
concentration, focus and memory if consumed
regularly in large amounts.
5) Oil levels in the body gets affected which may
lead to skin related problems like acne. You are also prone to high cholesterol and high
blood sugar due to excessive intake of food.

To avoid the negative effects of overeating, you must learn to eat moderately.
In this new year, don’t make resolutions about eating habits alone but about your whole general body upkeep.
I’m sure you want to be healthy throughout the year. As much as you work by faith not to fall sick, make sure you do your own part to stay healthy.
The next question is what are the parts I’m going to play. As much as you take care of your outward look, take care of your inward body too. Take care of your hair, your nails, your eyes, your ears, your skin, your mouth, your dressing, your emotions, etc

Let’s go through few general tips to stay healthy.

1)Make sure you bath daily and brush at least twice in a day.

2)Avoid salty and sugary foods.

3)Never eat undercooked meat /food.

4)Avoid junks and soft drinks.

5)Drink a lot of water. Nevertheless, avoid intake of cold water.

6)Avoid high chemically made creams.

7)Always have enough rest and avoid late sleep.

8)Do not skip breakfast always and avoid eating late at night. Eat balanced diet.

9)Smile always. Smiling increase your chance of living.

10)Exercise regularly.

11)Eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

12)Avoid stale or spoilt foods.

13)Visit the physician when experiencing signs of ailment. Use your medications properly, accurately and completely if you are on drugs.

14)Avoid smoking or dusty areas. Also, do avoid smoking of cigarettes and drinking of alcohol.

15)Lay aside everything that weigh on your health .
With these few tips, your chance of getting sick will be reduced.
